What got folded in
The Accord (version 1.3-RC2) and the CEG (version 1.0-RC29) were copied in word for word and joined into one plain document written in the present tense. Every rule about the wire format is kept exactly. A panel of adversarial checks judged the joined version clearer than either source on 28 of 29 chapters.
